What you choose to share
A stay or contact enquiry contains your name, email, message and any selected dates, party size, room preference or offer. House-notes requests include an email address and consent. Please do not submit credentials, payment details or sensitive records through an initial enquiry.
How the information is used
A connected operator uses enquiry information to respond to the request and discuss a suitable arrangement. House-notes details are used for the updates you ask to receive. Contact information should not be sold or added to unrelated marketing lists.
Local preview and connected services
This template starts with local seed content. Form and response submissions are simulated and do not persist a remote record, send a message, subscribe an address or confirm a booking. A configured CMS can store the defined private manually reviewed enquiry fields; mail and booking delivery require separate services.
Journal responses
Public responses contain a chosen author name, the response and its associated article. Email addresses are not included in the public response schema. Submitted responses are reviewed before publication on a connected site.
Cookies and external requests
The seed-only site does not load the reference website’s analytics, remote fonts, maps or social trackers. Calendar, carousel and photo-viewer state is held locally in the page. An operator must review any new tracking or embedded service and provide the appropriate choices.
Retention, requests and contact
A live operator should publish a retention period appropriate to its services and limit enquiry access to authorised staff. Visitors should be able to request access, correction or deletion through the published contact. The fictional demonstration address is stay@aurelia-house.example and must be replaced before a real launch.
